Why The South Loves Snow!!

We love to run and play when it's falling... and even when we have to search for enough snow to make a snowball...
it's so much fun to plot and hide and throw 'em... and if we scrape and scrape, we can sometimes find enough snow
to make a miniature snowman...

and then, before nightfall, it's all gone...
So goes snow days in the South!!! Nothing but fun for all!!!
Tonight all of our children will pray for just
"one more snow day!!"

Us crazy southerners freak out when we see white stuff falling from the sky. You never know, it might mean we're about to get a blizzard or something =)

When we were down there we had like a week of snow one time, and they didn't take it seriously and let school out, so at the end of the day since it snowed all day long, our bus was sliding all over the road and into mailboxes, in the couple of feet of snow, and it took us forever to get home. And then, we partied since we were like the only family in the state with a snowmobile. We had a blast! Oh, and people bought out all the groceries in the stores, there was no bread or anything on the shelves!!
