Sarah Beth had to have new shades for our upcoming Disney trip and chose this new dress to wear to "Disney on Ice" at the end of this month...MANY thanks to her Fairy Godmother for giving her tickets!!!!
Sarah Beth taught our Family Night lesson tonight. She taught about being prepared and how to prepare for Spiritual things by praying, studying scriptures, and obeying commandments. We talked about different things we need to prepare for. Then, she talked about being prepared for emergencies. She led us in a discussion about what to do in an emergency, what to pack in an emergency pack, and a plan of where to meet, who to call, etc. We decided that if we didn't have cell phones with us and didn't know HOW to reach each other, we could plan ahead to all call an out of town relative who could relay messages. (this led to a spirited discussion of WHICH relative to call..we said Heather or LaNelle but SB said not LaNelle because LaNelle would live in our same town soon...hmmmm...that's what she thinks). I love Family Home Evening...

We found the following website from provident living and it has some really fun games to teach preparedness...SB was so happy that her lesson had hit all the same points as the matching game!!!

Sarah Beth is sure styling. I want to go see Disney on ice one of these days, that sounds so fun! Hope your trip to Disney World is great.
I love SB's sunglasses...very stylish and her outfit is adorable! Way to go SB...get everyone prepared for emergencies! I hope y'all have fun at Disney World!
