I added some pictures of my great room and porch down under my new house post (scroll down to see them!)...we are so excited...the inspection was amazing and the appraisal was $10,000 over what we paid (woo hoo!!) so now we have to get a water sample (VA mortgage rules since it has a well) and then we'll be all set to close on August 18th...please keep praying for us!!! We can hardly wait...
